The Shoutouts site is Adrenalin’s own app for Shoutouts. This is what it records about you, who can see it and how long it’s kept.

What the site records

WhatWhat’s recordedWho sees itKept for
What you do on the siteEach page you open and each feature you use, such as opening ReShout or spinning the wheel, to the hour, and whether it was on a phone or a computer. Not who you are: it notes that someone looked at Emma's page, not who did. Your browser remembers whether it's been counted today, this week and this month, so visitors can be counted without knowing who they are.The admins, on the Activity page.13 months.
Shoutouts you give and getWho gave it, who it's for, the words, when, and the command as it was typed. Shoutouts given in Slack are also copied to a backup log. This month's: the person who gave it and the admins see it in full, everyone else sees it scrambled until the draw. After the draw: everyone logged in, in the Archive, people's pages, the Ranking and ReShout. For good.
Slack reactionsIn the channels ShoutoutBot is in: who reacted with :shoutout: or :raised_hands:, to whose message, where and when. Not the message itself. The admins, on the Reactions Overview. Each reaction: four weeks. Each week's counts and winners: for good.
Your profileYour name, Slack handle, team, birthday, start date and Slack profile photo.Everyone logged in sees names, teams and photos. Birthdays and start dates are only used for the birthday and work-anniversary messages in Slack. While you're at Adrenalin. After you leave, you stay on as a former member, so past Shoutouts still show who they were for.
Drawings before a drawThe drawing you make on the circle before a spin, with your name.Everyone logged in, in ReShout. For good.
RephraseThe Shoutout's words and the names of who it's from and to, sent to DeepSeek, an outside AI service, which writes the new version.DeepSeek. The versions you've made are saved in your own browser. In your browser until you clear it. At DeepSeek, under its own terms.
Your loginA cookie that remembers who you are.Only your browser.A year, or until you log out.
Google AnalyticsPages visited and features used, without your name or the page's address. Google also receives your IP address and browser details, as with any site that uses it.Google.[2 or 14 months]
